These are the terms that apply when you buy from The Wee Map Company. They are written in plain English on purpose.

Who we are

The Wee Map Company makes 3D printed relief map tiles, made to order in Scotland. You can reach us at hello@theweemapcompany.com.

Your order

When you place an order and payment is taken, we will email you a confirmation. That is when the contract between us is formed. Every map is made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

For personalised maps, we email you a preview of the selected map area before printing. Please check it carefully, because we print what you approve.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the map itself. Delivery is charged at checkout, £2.50 for unframed tiles and £3.50 for framed maps. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

The product

Each tile is individually 3D printed and hand finished, so small variations in surface and finish are part of what makes yours yours. Map data comes from third party mapping sources and reflects the area at the time of printing.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your rights are set out on our Delivery & returns page, including the 14 day change of mind period for standard maps and what to do if anything arrives damaged or faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Anything else

These terms are governed by Scots law. If something goes wrong, email us first and we will do our best to put it right quickly.
