Delivery

Every map is 3D printed to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. Personalised maps include a preview step, so allow a little extra time for you to approve the map area before we print.

Delivery is £2.50 for unframed tiles and £3.50 for framed maps, sent by Royal Mail. We currently deliver within the UK only. You will receive an email the moment your order is on its way.

Returns

If your map arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund you in full. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we will sort it, no fuss.

For standard town maps, you can change your mind within 14 days of delivery. Let us know by email, then return the map unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price of the map once it arrives back with us. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Personalised maps are made to your specification, so they are exempt from the 14 day change of mind period under UK consumer law. This does not affect your rights if a personalised map arrives damaged or faulty.
